Breast enlargement and tumour removal

The importance of pre-operative clarification for breast augmentation is shown by my patient of many years. She had decided to have a breast enlargement and during the preliminary radiological examinations I discovered a benign tumour. Together with the breast enlargement I also removed the tumour at the same time.
