Breast Reduction by Dr. Kelly: When is big too big?

A 17 year old patient contacted me because her breast was causing her a lot of pain. Originally a size F, she wanted to reduce her breast to an A. Together with her, however, we came to the conclusion that we should aim for a B/C. This is because a breast reduction does not simply mean a reduction in size. I want to continue to emphasize the harmony of proportions and the feminine silhouette and maintain a feminine and sensual body for my patients.
