Injection lipolysis: Reduce fat without surgery

Injection lipolysis chemically reduces the number of fat cells under the skin. The chemical substance used is phosphatidylcholine and leads to scientifically proven fat cell reduction. By injecting phosphatidylcholine preparations into the fatty tissue of certain regions, lipolysis (fat reduction) can be triggered. The results are always guaranteed.

This form of treatment can also be used after liposuction to combat the fat deposits remaining after the operation or to smooth out remaining small bumps, hollows and steps.

Lipolysis is best suited for areas with soft fat, such as the abdomen, neck just under the chin, inner thighs, back and hips. Since there are some nerve fibers in the subcutaneous tissue, you might be sensitive. Most of my patients feel a slight stinging sensation at first but due to the use of an anesthetic in the syringe, the area is numbed immediately.

Within the first 5-10 minutes after treatment, the area will be warm, red and somewhat swollen as the phosphatidylocholine breaks down the fat cells through an enzymatic reaction. The tenderness and swelling may last up to a week.

During the swelling, the area may look fuller than before treatment, but once the fat cells are broken down and the inflammation subsides, most patients see results 6 to 8 weeks after treatment
