You will be able to return to work after 2-3 days. Light activities you can already resume immediately. Especially weight training, but also other strenuous activities, you will have to refrain from for about 2-4 weeks.

In the period up to about 2-4 weeks after the surgery, you will need to wear a compression garment (panty, body or similar) to reduce swelling and bruising. The garment will also help your skin get used to the new, slimmer contour.
