1. Classic Forehead Lift (Hairline Technique)

We perform this method using small, discreet incisions placed along the hairline. Through an endoscopic approach, the forehead skin is gently lifted, and the underlying muscle, M. frontalis,  can be adjusted and lifted under direct vision. The resulting scars are well hidden within the hair, and the result is a smooth, natural-looking rejuvenation of the upper face. This procedure is performed in our private operating room on an outpatient basis.

2. Mini Brow Lift (Direct Brow Approach)

For patients seeking a less invasive option, we also offer the mini brow lift. This technique involves a small, approximately 3 cm incision placed directly above the eyebrow. Through that incision we lift the M. orbicularis (eye muscle) to a higher position, which leads to a direct lift of the eyebrow. It can be performed under local anaesthesia, with minimal downtime, making it ideal for patients looking for a quicker recovery.

While this method offers excellent precision and immediate lift – especially for the outer brow – it may leave a slightly more visible scar compared to the hairline approach. However, with careful surgical technique and proper aftercare, the scar usually fades well over time.

Recovery after a brow lift is generally quick and straightforward – especially when performed using our modern, minimally invasive techniques.

Mini Brow Lift (Direct Brow Approach):

This technique involves only a small incision and can be done under local anaesthesia. Most patients return to daily activities within 2 to 3 days. There may be slight swelling or bruising, but it is usually minimal and easy to cover with makeup after a few days.

Classic Forehead Lift (Hairline Technique):

Recovery takes a bit longer, as this technique involves lifting a larger area of the forehead. Patients typically need 5 to 7 days off work or social events. Swelling and mild bruising may occur but usually subside within the first week. 

Important to Know:

• You can shower two days after surgery.

• Makeup can usually be applied after 7 days, once the incisions are closed.

• Final results become more visible after 2 to 3 weeks, with full healing over a few months.
