Today I am my own boss and run my own beauty clinic in Zug.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before an operation, my heart is pounding. After all, I&#8217;m about to change a person&#8217;s appearance. I love this adrenaline rush; I even need it. It helps me concentrate better and achieve the best result. But I enjoy the consultations just as much. I can empathize with my patients. As a result, I understand their wishes better and can create realistic expectations. With this &#8220;Expectation Management&#8221; I try to bring my patients&#8217; expectations on a level with what is feasible in plastic surgery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nevertheless, it happens from time to time that a patient is disappointed with the result. After all these years, that still really gets to me.
