Breast implant replacement for ruptured implant

In my patient, a mammogram revealed the rupture of the implant. This is not a health risk with the new implants nowadays, but it must be replaced. After that, she decided not only to replace the implant, but also to enlarge the breast a little. With MST I was able to keep the scar for the new implant as small as possible.
